Kuyanjana Faith in Action Project
Kuyanjana is a project under the Governance & Social Accountability whose goal is to contribute to actions that aim at creating a Just Zambia by addressing issues of inequality and injustice through ensuring citizens’ participation in the governance process.

The Adalah project aims to address issues of inequality and injustice, however, the target under Adalah is the Muslim Community to ensure that Muslims participate in governance and democratic processes.

Mobile Men HIV Testing Service (HTS) Project
Through the Mobile Men HIV Testing Service (HTS) Clinic project, FDI is using the differentiated services model to reach out to men who shun visiting health facilities to access HIV services including HTS due to stigma and discrimination, long-distance, negative attitudes of health personnel and in some instances work constraints.

At the end of 2019, a novel coronavirus was identified as the cause of a cluster of pneumonia cases in Wuhan, a city in the Hubei Province of China. It rapidly spread, resulting in an epidemic. Throughout China, followed by a global pandemic.

Community Led Monitoring Project
This project seeks to improve health outcomes among People Living with HIV (PLHIV) through the use of community-level data to increase access to and utilization of HIV and AIDS services.
