People in Need, in partnership with Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection, are supporting 30 Civil Society Organizations and 10 civil society networks in Lusaka for the Local Empowerment and Development – Civil Society (CS-LEAD) Project. This EU-funded initiative is a three-year effort to strengthen the internal capacities of local organizations helping them operate more effectively and drive sustainable change in their communities.
Family Development Initiatives is proud to be among the 10 CS networks that will work with this capacity strengthening project, a critical step towards equipping our organization to better serve our beneficiaries—particularly women, marginalized groups, and the youth.
